• The top management of our organisation should be predominantly composed of Early Years professionals who have proved:
  • their commitment to children, to parents, to their nursery staff colleagues, and to their own learning, development and advancement - in that order!
  • their ability to manage and develop teams of nursery professionals and to be team players in management
• Every Early Years professional employed by us should have the opportunity to:
  • Continuously develop their professional knowledge and experience and/or the skills required to manage teams of nursery staff
  • Achieve election to "Partnership" status, with a right to own shares in the Company, elect "Partners" to serve as Directors on the Board, serve on our "Partnership Council", and, after two years as a "Partner", stand for election to the Board.
