A small 28-place day nursery established in St Matthias Church, following a unique refurbishment to provide two permanent nursery rooms, one for Babies and one for Explorers aged from 2 to 5-years old. One of the nursery's major assets is its secluded outside play area at the back of the building, which has a garden area and also a covered section.

Foundations for Learning has pioneered the use of a Single Integrated Curriculum for children from babyhood right through to Pre School. This ground-breaking development has been led by our own in-house teaching staff and our monthly activity plans for all age groups are prepared and delivered under the direction of our Corporate Curriculum Coordinator, who has both nursery education and teaching professional qualifications.
