She will be supported in the task of supervising everything that happens in every room by her team of Heads of Room.

Each Head of Room is responsible for:

• Inspecting* and setting up her room twice a day - at the start of the morning and afternoon sessions
• Leading the programme of activities throughout the day
• Providing leadership and supervision to her team of Personal Carers

You will see your child's Head of Room on a daily basis and you can discuss any aspect of your child's care and development with your Nursery Manager.
